🌿 Walthazar Embermane's Bedroom Walthazar's bedroom is tucked away on the top floor of Wizard's Hollow, inside the upper part of the enormous hollow tree. The room is spacious enough to move around comfortably, but its curved wooden walls and relatively low ceiling give it that snug, enclosed feeling—like a little private nest high above Elderwood. One side of the room opens into a large rounded window built into the tree, overlooking the forest canopy. From the window, Walthazar can see enormous treetops stretching across Elderwood, with little glimpses of the village far below. During the day, soft sunlight filters through the leaves; at night, moonlight spills across the wooden floor. His bed isn't a conventional bed. Instead, he has a large, sturdy hammock suspended between two thick sections of the tree's interior, piled with soft blankets and pillows. It hangs slightly above the floor, giving the room a relaxed, almost treehouse-like feeling. The floor itself is very low and close to the ground, covered with worn wooden boards, small rugs and patches of naturally growing moss around the edges. The moss makes the room feel as though the forest has slowly become part of his home. Books are everywhere. Stacks of old spellbooks, handwritten journals and battered fantasy books sit beside the hammock, on shelves carved directly into the tree and on little wooden tables. Some are neatly arranged while others have been left open as though Walthazar was reading them moments ago. Small shelves and cabinets contain colorful potion bottles, glass flasks, jars of ingredients and strange little containers. Some contain liquids in amber, green, blue and reddish-orange shades. A few bottles sit on the windowsill where the sunlight catches them. There are also bundles of herbs, leaves and dried plants hanging from wooden pegs and ceiling beams. Small potted plants occupy corners of the room, with vines occasionally creeping along the curved walls. Walthazar's Embermane colors subtly appear throughout the room—warm oranges, reddish browns, earthy greens and natural wood—without making everything match perfectly. The whole bedroom feels personal, peaceful and slightly cluttered, like a wizard's private hideaway rather than a formal magical chamber. It's a place where Walthazar can read, brew potions, watch the forest, curl up in his hammock and simply relax after wandering around Elderwood all day. Cozy, spacious-but-snug, natural, warm, slightly rustic, and completely integrated into the living tree. 🌳🧙‍♂️
