  2. 2.2 User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for any activities that occur under their account. The service must not be used for illegal activities, spreading hate content, or sharing NSFW content.

  1. 4.1 Ownership of Content: Users on a paid plan retain ownership of the content they create, provided they modify the generated outcome. These modified outcomes can be used to create NFTs.
  2. 4.2 Service's Intellectual Property: The HidingElephant name and its ever-changing logo are trademarks of the company and are protected under intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

  1. 5.1 User Data: We collect email, name, and website usage analytics.
  2. 5.2 Data Usage: This data is used for marketing, sales, and improving our tools.
  3. 5.3 Data Protection: We never sell customer data and use only secure, encrypted services.
  4. 5.4 Additional Data Processing: For analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 and PostHog. For contact management and messaging, we use Brevo email. For online surveys, PostHog surveys are used.

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties
