Project 13: Spectre: Spirit of Vengeance 2 Release Location: Phase 13 – Movie #13 (Early 2104) As the Eclipse devours souls across the planet, Spectre, the supernatural leader of the New Avengers, must descend into the realm of the dead to rescue trapped spirits and uncover the Sovereign’s true endgame, all while confronting the terrifying secret that one of their own may already be lost. A freezing cold dawns: Across New York City, hundreds of people simultaneously lose their shadows and collapse, their souls visibly detached from their bodies and swept into swirling black rifts. Spectre stands on a rooftop, his ghostly cosmic form glowing as he watches the horror unfold. Act 1 – The Crisis of the Soul The Spectre has become the de facto leader and general of the New Avengers. As the Eclipse grows stronger, souls are being harvested en masse by the Sovereign to fuel his power. The team is falling apart: Rogue Sentinel is still unstable after his partial purge. The Eclipse Creature of Soldier Boy is becoming increasingly difficult to control. Kiswet is exhausted by the constant global empathy. The Spectre decides that this can no longer be dealt with on the physical plane alone. He must enter the Umbral Afterlife, a ghostly dimension between life and oblivion, which the Sovereign is corrupting. Act 2 - Descent into Darkness With Zatanna's guidance, the Spectre journeys to the Umbral Afterlife, taking with him a small team in astral form: Kiswet (to monitor emotional echoes) Lady Thor (her divine lightning operates in the spirit realm) a reluctant Soldier (his connection to the original rift makes him a living compass) Within the afterlife, the setting is nightmarish - ruined versions of Earth's famous cities floating in eternal twilight, filled with tortured souls. They battle shadowy ghosts and the corrupted spirits of fallen heroes from the dark showdown. Major revelations: The Overlord is building an army of the dead. Shadow Spider's soul is trapped and tortured (a touching scene with his former mentor). Sovereign's final plan involves using Soldier Boy as a bridge to rewrite history — erasing the age of heroes entirely. Mid-scene Horror Scene: Spectre is forced to confront his own dark past (the accident that bound him to the cosmic spirit) that manifests as a monstrous version of himself. Act 3 – The Spirit's Vengeance Climax battle in the heart of the Umbral Afterlife — a colossal Cathedral of Eclipse built from stolen souls. Spectre goes into full Spirit of Vengeance mode, his powers enhanced but risking permanent separation from his human body. Strong Moments: Lady Thor and Kiswet hold the line against waves of the dead. Soldier Boy unleashes a controlled Eclipse Creature into the spirit realm (extremely dangerous). Rogue Sentinel supports them remotely from the living world, using his remaining corruption to anchor the portal. Spectre confronts a projection of the Eclipse Overlord and deals a major blow to his soul-harvesting operation, freeing thousands of trapped spirits (including the Shadow Spider, who peacefully departs). Ending The team returns to the living world exhausted but with crucial new information: The final Eclipse is only weeks away, and they now possess a way to harm the Overlord on multiple planes of existence. Spectre tells the assembled heroes, "We are no longer fighting for Earth or the galaxy. We are fighting for the soul of reality itself." Scene 1 after the end credits: Jack the First and Adam Warlock are seen stealing a dangerous temporal artifact, hinting at Project 17. Scene 2 after the end credits: The Eclipse Lord, now visibly injured, states: "Very well. If they want war in all the kingdoms... I will bring it."make me the poster of this movie
