This is a dining area centered around a butcher-block island that currently functions as a dining table. We would like to make the following modifications: Butcher-Block Surface Changes: The butcher-block countertop should be moved approximately 30 cm to the left, toward the kitchen. The shape of the surface will change. It will no longer have a vertical drop panel at the back. Instead, it will include a lowered section at a height of 75 cm. The surface will also integrate into the design of a cabinet. The current height of the butcher block is 90 cm; it should be lowered to 73 cm to match standard dining table height. Seating chairs should be placed around the butcher block, as it serves as a dining table. Cabinet Design: The cabinet will be designed in a rustic style. Lower section: closed storage units (solid doors). Upper section: hinged glass doors. Cabinet depth: approximately 40 cm. Cabinet width: 80 cm. Wall width: 100 cm. Cabinet finish: light brown tone that complements the natural wood tone of the butcher block. Lighting: The existing lighting fixture above the butcher block should be removed. Replace it with a track lighting system with adjustable spotlights. The lighting fixtures should be black. Television Removal: The television should be removed. The TV is currently 178 cm wide, while the vertical wall it is mounted on is 100 cm wide. This 100 cm wall will be the wall where the new cabinet will be installed.
